ESSENTIAL PACKAGE
"The explorer"
For clients who want to visualize their home's future transformation and feel the potential of a revamped space with clarity, confidence and excitement.
This package includes:
- Layout Plan: A high-level floor plan showing a general overview of the rooms and the placement of the furniture and accessories.
- Rendered Pictures: High-quality, photorealistic images capturing the essence of the new environment from multiple angles, offering a vivid preview of the transformed interiors.
- 720° Virtual Reality Tour: A link to an immersive visualization that allows to look up, down, and all around, giving a comprehensive understanding of the revamped space.
PREMIUM PACKAGE
"The reno-ready"
For those who are ready to take the makeover of their spaces into their own hands and need more resources to guide them through the process.
Includes everything from the Essential Package, plus:
- Product Details: Key details of the main products showcased in the scenes, such as dimensions, shape, color, materials, style, and images, serving as a practical guide for purchasing similar items.
If available, we will provide purchase links.
- Paint Schedule: A document specifying the type (paint, wallpaper, cladding, etc.) and quantities of wall covering products to purchase, along with other necessary details such as color or finish.
- Custom-made Items Specification: Diagrams, elevations and description of the materials, dimensions, colors, patterns, and unique features for custom-made furniture pieces, allowing for construction and personalization.

Please note that SVA Interiors creates the design vision. We do not handle the construction or installation aspects of the project. The actual execution can be completed with the help of a local contractor or interior designer.
